Join Lyn for a 10-month exploration of the guiding principles of yoga. Through practice, meditation, and self-reflection you will transform your practice - both on your mat and off. 

Each month will focus on a specific theme (principle) and includes a short audio lecture, prerecorded asana practices, and a guided meditation.


How it works:

On the 1st of each month - beginning in September - you will receive a short audio lecture introducing the month’s theme, a prerecorded class video themed around the month’s focus along with a guided meditation. You will also receive a new prerecorded class on the 7th, 14th, and 21st - a total of FOUR new practices per month!

On August 1st you will have access to the platform that includes an introductory lecture. Lyn will address questions like:
What is yoga?
How does this ancient philosophy connect to your practice on the mat and off?


What to expect each month:

The intent for this 10-month exploration is to spend time reflecting on each principle introduced and develop an understanding of how to practice and apply them during asana practice and in life.

The 3 components to support your exploration:

Inquiry - 

The practice of yoga encourages a dedication to self-study as a pathway to self-knowledge. 

You will be introduced to the monthly focus with a brief audio recording on the 1st of each month. 

Lyn will give you an overview of the yogic principle you will be exploring in order for you to gain a complete understanding. You will be encouraged to spend time reflecting and journaling on the principle throughout the month.

Journal prompts are included to get you kickstarted with that months self-inquiry and exploration. Along with the prompts, the study sheets include specific ways you can begin to apply the principle in your day to day life. 


Asana - 

Each month will include a recorded 75-minute studio class practice designed around that month’s theme. These recordings are appropriate for all levels of practice.

Along with your video practice, study sheets are included with tips on how to apply the month’s specific theme while practicing on your mat.

You will receive three additional prerecorded classes throughout the month to support consistency in your practice. All of these classes are unique and not available on the On-Demand Class platform.

Meditation - 

A short guided meditation is included each month.

Meditation is also a pathway to self-knowledge. Through the process of learning to quiet distracting thoughts you can begin to filter out misconceptions and misinformation clouding your reality. The ability to focus the mind can help with improving the quality of your life by learning to manage anxiety and stress.

Yoga Teachers:

Earn 30 CEUs towards your Yoga Alliance renewal. Choose the CEU payment option. You will be required to complete and submit review questions at the end of each month. Upon completion of all 10 months, Lyn will email you a Certificate of Completion to submit to Yoga Alliance.
