Refund Policy

Teacher training tuition (paying in full or by payment plan) and subscription purchases releases content immediately and is therefore non-refundable.
Teacher Training Courses:
There is no deadline to complete the teacher training course, unless otherwise indicated for specific online courses from other platforms that this program uses. You will have access to this course and the On-Demand Classes until you complete all your requirements.
Yoga Alliance eligibility is dependent on their current policy and temporary provisions for online trainings. Please refer to the Yoga Alliance website for up-to-date requirements.
Your spot in teacher training is non-transferable, so cannot be used by any person other than you. Thank you for your understanding.
On-Demand Class Library: Your subscription for classes can be canceled at anytime. There are no refunds for non-use.

Cancelled Payment Plan Policy

If you’re enrolled in a payment plan and need to pause your training, please email [email protected].

Please note, that in order to release training materials and restart your studies, you will need to pay your tuition balance in full.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all materials within training, including the manual, text, graphics, training videos, design, names, logos, and underlying software, are protected by copyright owned or licensed by Lyn Gerfin and Lyn Kehoe Power Yoga, and you acknowledge and agree that this is the case.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute the material. A lot of of love and hard work goes into the materials, please do not share. All content is for your personal use only.

Waiver of Liability

You recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may, in some cases, cause physical strain or injury. In participating in training or classes, you acknowledge you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the training or practicing yoga. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any health concerns.

Certification

I do everything in my power to support you in graduating. My mission is to help you get your Certification. You understand that if you fulfill all requirements as outlined in the Lyn Kehoe Power Yoga School’s curriculum you will receive a Certificate of Completion. You recognize that a certificate is not guaranteed and you must do your part to complete all the requirements.
