Are you ready to explore your yoga practice beyond the physical exercise of poses?
Do you want to understand how to apply your yoga practice in more applicable ways off the mat?
Are you willing to step out of your comfort zone and explore your tendencies and habits that no longer serve you?
Are you ready to break free of ideas and thoughts that hold you back from being your best self and begin to create a new reality for yourself? Are you ready to find a practice that is bigger than your pose?

Are you a yoga teacher who struggles with integrating philosophical concepts into your classes? Or would like to find ways to present yoga philosophy in a more relatable way?
The philosophical component of yoga transforms it from a mere exercise routine into a comprehensive lifestyle. As a teacher, when you weave the philosophical component into your yoga classes, you are laying a foundation for your students to cultivate a lifelong commitment to the ancient discipline.
